12 week Progression Fitness Workshop Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 - 7:15pm March 31st thru June 18th
This workshop emphasizes a steady progression of fitness and athletic performance throughout the weeks. Starting with basic mat Pilates fundamentals, and progressing into circuit & resistant training. The last month of the workshop ads a weekend day that focuses on restorative exercises combined with endurance training.
